My friend Lauren’s birthday cake. It had to be Kwojo-friendly (her partner) so it is dairy-free delicious blueberry and coconut cake with dairy-free soft cheese (I know… What!?) icing. It was tasty and fun to make.

The First EVER Female Ginger Pope Cake. The hat is made out of real silk and nicotine gum packaging, I wanted to make it out of the cardboard from condom packaging but I had none. The cake underneath is sticky ginger cake and the dress has sugared rose and violet petals. Made by Quality Equality Cakes: ‘Always looking for new ways to destroy prejudice with cake.’
